We’re seeking driven engineers experienced in localization via computer vision and ML, with skills spanning PyTorch, ROS/ROS2, and deployment using ONNX/TensorRT.

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in or own the development of novel computer vision and machine learning techniques to construct localization solutions based primarily on passive sensor inputs.

Development of algorithms or model architectures to localize off of features in an image or time series of images (Python, Torch)

Development and management of large datasets used to train and evaluate localization solutions (Python, Torch)

Implementation of localization solutions in online system (ROS2, C++)

Deployment of ML Models in low-swap runtime environments (Onnx, TensorRT)
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related engineering field

Experience with Pytorch

Experience with ROS or ROS2

Experience with Onnx, TensorRT

Expert in Python and/or C++

Self-motivated, team-player attitude

Compensation packages are comprised of salary and incentive stock options. Salaries may range from $80,000 to $175,000 per year depending on role and individuals experience. VTI additionally offers 401K with a 4% match, an unlimited PTO policy, and health care reimbursement up to the IRS allowable limit through QSEHRA.
