We’re seeking a driven engineer who has experience in computer vision, natural language processing, and data management to own data at VTI

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
Own VTI's data platform which is responsible for managing all data products generated by VTI. Additionally, own automated and manual data labeling processes which are critical to algorithm development.

Development of auto labeling capabilities for both computer vision and language tasks (Python)

Management of databases and blob storage which catalog data products (SQL, Time-series DB's, S3)

Implementation of data pipelines to reduce touch time from data collection to model training (AWS)

Creation of visualizations to understand data for both internal and external customers (Grafana)
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related engineering field

2+ years of relevant industry experience

Expert in Python and SQL

Experience with cloud-based workflows and machine learning.

Compensation packages are comprised of salary and incentive stock options. Salaries may range from $80,000 to $175,000 per year depending on role and individuals experience. VTI additionally offers 401K with a 4% match, an unlimited PTO policy, and health care reimbursement up to the IRS allowable limit through QSEHRA.
