What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
Assist in or own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the FlightStack robotic aviation system.

Design and implementation of online robotics technologies for aviation use cases, including those involving sensing, perception, localization, motion planning, and natural language processing

Design and implementation of offline data processing pipelines for system performance summarization
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related engineering field

2+ years of relevant industry experience

Experience with ROS or ROS2

Experience with scalable cloud orchestration pipelines like Airflow, Prefect, Kubernetes, etc.

Experience with cloud-based databases and dashboards

Expert knowledge of Python and/or C++

Self-motivated, team-player attitude

Compensation packages are comprised of salary and incentive stock options. Salaries may range from $80,000 to $175,000 per year depending on role and individuals experience. VTI additionally offers 401K with a 4% match, an unlimited PTO policy, and health care reimbursement up to the IRS allowable limit through QSEHRA.
