Employee Spotlight - Melissa

We love celebrating our VTI Team. Today, we are spotlighting our Director of Operations, Melissa Duff, who works hard to make sure everything in our office runs smoothly.

"I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new role with VTI Aerospace.

While aerospace is a new industry for me, supporting growing companies is not.

My background has spanned operations, HR, office and event management, budget forecasting, and executive support. It's the kind of work that keeps businesses organized, people supported, and momentum moving forward. I’ve always enjoyed being part of the engine behind the scenes: building processes, solving problems, supporting leaders, and helping teams stay focused on the big picture.

That’s what makes this opportunity so exciting.

At VTI Aerospace, I’m helping support the business in all the ways that keep growth possible, from hiring, onboarding, and employee experience to office operations, travel coordination, event planning, accounting support, compliance documentation, and business organization.

I may be new to aerospace, but I know how important strong internal operations are to building something great. I’m proud to be joining a team doing innovative work, and I’m looking forward to learning, contributing, and growing right alongside the company.

Outside of work, I love traveling to Europe to visit my two kids in Berlin and Seville as often as I can. At home in Montana, you’ll usually find me skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and occasionally on the golf course or pickleball court."
